The PRISM laboratory organises the 7th edition of the international TENOR congress
The 7th International Conference on Technologies for Music Notation and Representation (TENOR) will take place in Marseille on 9/10/11 May 2022. The event will take place in a hybrid format (both in-person and remote).
About TENOR : “The International Conference on Technologies for Music Notation and Representation is dedicated to issues in theoretical and applied research and development in Music Notation and Representation, with a strong focus on computer tools and applications, as well as a tight connection to music creation. “Technology” in the conference name refers to any mean that may contribute to the notation, representation and/or visualisation of the music and sound, for purposes that may include (but not limited to) music composition, performance, representation, transcription, analysis and pedagogy.”
The event will be hosted by the interdisciplinary art-science laboratory PRISM, in collaboration with the InCIAM Institut and Aix-Marseille University (AMU). In addition to its scientific collaborators, the Salle Musicatreize and the Université Côte d’Azur as well as the Marseille Conservatoire will participate in the organization of the artistic side of the conference.
